In accordance with MINAX’s unified policy, 30% of the repurchased assets will be publicly burned, while the remaining 70% will be retained by the brand to support ecosystem development, market circulation, and the platform’s long-term sustainability.

Lock-up and Unlock Mechanism

• An initial circulation of 625,000 tokens will be made available. The remaining portion will be progressively unlocked in proportion to the brand’s actual buyback volume. The brand may also submit an unlock application to the platform based on its operational development needs.
