How to Download the MINAX App?
Method 1: Download the MINAX App via QR Code from the Official Website
- Visit the MINAX official website and click the download icon in the top-right corner.
- Use your mobile browser to scan the QR code on the download page. Alternatively, select the buttons below the QR code based on your preferences.
- Follow the prompts to complete the download and installation.
Note:
- If you are not using a mobile browser to scan the QR code, you may need to click the top-right icon, select “Open in Browser”, and then tap “Local Download” to proceed with the download and installation.
Method 2: Download the MINAX App via Direct Link

- If the download link does not open, try switching to a different browser or network and attempt again.
- If the official link is unavailable, please contact official customer support at support@minax.io to obtain a new download link.
What to Do if You Cannot Install After Downloading?
Some Android phones may display “Security Risk,” “Virus Risk,” or similar warnings after downloading the MINAX App installation package, preventing installation. Please refer to the following methods to complete the installation.
1.Huawei Phones
You need to disable the enhanced protection in “Pure Mode” to install.
Check “I understand this application may have risks,” then click “Install Anyway.”
After successful installation, when the risk warning appears, check “Do not show again” and click “Continue Using.”
Go to phone settings – Security – App Management Center, click “Unblock,” and you can use it normally.
- Xiaomi Phones
On the installation page, click the settings icon at the top right—enable “Security Guard,” and then complete the installation.
3.OPPO Phones
In the OPPO Phone Manager’s “Payment Protection,” disable the protection for all software, and then complete the installation.
4.Telecom Network
On a Telecom network, you can enable flight mode and complete the installation using WiFi.
5.Other Methods
For other brands/types of Android phones, you can try the following methods to install the MINAX App:
• Disable network and Bluetooth, use Quark Browser or the phone’s built-in browser to download and install, and change the virus scanner to 360, etc., in the settings.
• Settings—[Apps & Notifications]—[Permission Management]—[Security & Privacy]—[App Lock]—[Trust this App]—log in again to prevent “Risk” warnings.
• After downloading the MINAX App installation package, turn off data traffic and then install.
