In accordance with MINAX’s unified policy, 30% of the repurchased assets will be publicly burned each time, while the remaining 70% will be retained by the brand to support ecosystem development, market circulation needs, and the platform’s long-term sustainability.
  • On-chain transaction records of all asset burns will be publicly disclosed by the MINAX platform to ensure transparency and auditability. A dedicated announcement will be issued for each buyback execution, providing full details of the transaction.

Lock-up and Unlock Mechanism

  • An initial circulation of 2,000,000 tokens will be made available. The remaining portion will be progressively unlocked in proportion to the brand’s actual buyback volume. The brand may also submit an unlock application to the platform based on its operational development needs.
