  • “Eternal Spirit” is a traditional Chinese painting created by painters such as Jiang Bibo, Ma Yidan, and Ou Zhiyu.”Eternal Spirit” originated from the plan of “Chongqing Huangshan Anti – Japanese War Museum Garden” drafted by our company in 1998, and was titled by Mr. Wang Daohan, the first president of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits. The project was launched in 2004, the 59th anniversary of the victory of World War II, and completed in 2010, the 65th anniversary of the victory of World War II. At the request of Mr. Lien Chan, the chairman of the Kuomintang, and with the personal approval of Mr. Hu Jintao, the then – General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, it was first exhibited at the Sun Yat – sen Memorial Hall in Taipei from July 7th to 31st, 2010. It was also exhibited in Washington, D.C. on August 15th, 2015, the 70th anniversary of the victory of World War II.”Eternal Spirit” does not judge right and wrong by success or failure, nor does it measure advantages and disadvantages by political struggles. From a neutral non – governmental stance, it verifies historical facts from multiple angles. It describes the history of China’s World War II in the World Anti – Fascist War in an all – round way, covering politics, military affairs, diplomacy, culture and the public. With the form of traditional Chinese painting, which has pictures on the left and texts on the right, in traditional Chinese characters, vertically arranged and read from right to left, it presents the history. “Eternal Spirit” was titled by Mr. Lien Chan, the then – chairman of the Kuomintang. The painting scroll consists of seven parts: the pre – scroll “Ancient Homeland”, scroll one “Years of Mountains and Rivers”, scroll two “The Great Wall of Flesh and Blood”, scroll three “Spiritual Fortress”, scroll four “Faith, Righteousness and Peace”, scroll five “Blue Sky and Clear Sea”, and the post – scroll “Vision • Prayer”. The scroll is 2.5 meters high and more than 1,200 meters long. It includes portraits of more than 1,000 people drawn in life – size and biographies of them. There are hundreds of thousands of words, including rubbings, prefaces, postscripts, biographies, event descriptions, documents, poems, and odes. 168 lion – shaped stone seals are engraved, weighing nearly 4 tons. Nearly 4,000 large – size rice papers are used, and the total mounting area is more than 22,000 square feet.”Eternal Spirit” was overall planned by cultural scholar Wang Kang, planned by Wang Qiang and Wang Tuhuo. Li Li, Li Yu, Lou Shan and Zong Honggang were the leading chief painters. 4. Asset Buyback and Lock-up/Unlock Mechanism

Buyback and Burn Policy

  • The brand commits to allocating 10% of its monthly operating revenue as buyback funds for repurchasing HaoQiChangLiu brand assets from the market. In accordance with MINAX’s unified policy, 30% of the repurchased assets will be publicly burned, while the remaining 70% will be retained by the brand to support ecosystem development, market circulation, and the platform’s long-term sustainability.
  • On-chain transaction records of all asset burns will be publicly disclosed by the MINAX platform to ensure transparency and auditability. A dedicated announcement will be issued for each buyback execution, providing full details of the transaction.

Lock-up and Unlock Mechanism

  • An initial circulation of 2,500,000 tokens will be made available. The remaining portion will be progressively unlocked in proportion to the brand’s actual buyback volume. The brand may also submit an unlock application to the platform based on its operational development needs.
    All unlock allocations and execution details will be publicly disclosed on the MINAX platform to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational integrity.
