【Guide】MINAX iOS App Download Guide (For Users in Mainland China, the U.S., the U.K., and the EU)

Due to Apple App Store policy restrictions, users with Apple IDs registered in certain regions, including Mainland China, the U.S., the U.K., and the EU, may temporarily be unable to download the MINAX iOS App. However, you can register an Apple ID from another region (such as the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, or Canada) to download and use the app as usual.

How to Register an Apple ID from Another Region and Download the MINAX App

1️⃣ Register an Apple ID from Another Region

  • Visit the Apple ID registration page: https://appleid.apple.com
  • Fill in the required information and select a country/region that is not subject to policy restrictions, such as the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, or Canada.
  • After completing the registration, check your email to verify your Apple ID.

2️⃣ Switch App Store Account and Download the MINAX App

  • Open the iPhone App Store and tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out of your current Apple ID, then log in with your newly registered Apple ID.
  • Search for “MINAX Global Brand Exchange” and download the app.

⚠️ If you have previously installed an enterprise-signed version of the app, please uninstall it before downloading the new version.
