[Policy Update] MINAX Brand Asset Buyback and Burn Mechanism Adjustment (Applicable to All RWA Brands)

Dear MINAX Users,

To further optimize the buyback mechanism of RWA brand assets and enhance long-term sustainability and ecosystem flexibility, MINAX hereby updates the buyback and burn policy for all listed and future-listed brand assets, effective immediately. Details are as follows:

1. Key Adjustments

  • Buyback Ratio: Brand teams will allocate buyback funds based on their financial report revenues and conduct regular repurchases of their brand assets on the market.
  • Burn Ratio: Starting with this update, 30% of all repurchased assets will be permanently burned. The remaining 70% will be retained by the brand for ecosystem development and market circulation purposes.

2. Scope of Application

This policy takes effect immediately and applies to all currently listed and upcoming RWA brand assets.
The Yixin Taitong (YXTT) brand asset buyback for March–May 2025 is the first case to implement this updated mechanism.

3. Disclosure Principles

All buyback and burn operations will be recorded transparently on the blockchain.
